"Eagles Always Rise!" The atmosphere was nothing short of inspiring as nearly 1,000 guests gathered to celebrate 100 years of God’s faithfulness at Grand Rapids Christian School. I was honored to be contracted by the event planner, Modern Day Collective, to document the design and decor for this incredible milestone. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every element had been carefully curated to create an environment filled with joy, reverence, and anticipation for the future.

As the photographer, it was a joy to capture the thoughtful details—the glow of the lighting, the elegance of the table settings, and the beauty of the floral arrangements—all intentionally designed to reflect the legacy and spirit of the evening. Documenting this event was not just about preserving how it looked, but also how it felt: a celebration of the past, a moment of honor, and a hopeful look toward the next century.
